The Saudi Arabian monetary agency (SAMA) in association with Accenture is developing a new ERP solution for the entity to improve the performance of the IT and to connect all departments in one system. Our challenge was to develop a brand name, theme and an internal communication program to introduce and engage the employees despite the difference in interests, perceptions and capabilities.
We worked closely with SAMA marketing team to gain a deeper understanding on their vision, and the new system’s benefits also we treated their employees as customers at the center of everything’ mission to develop the new identity. “Josoor” the brand name of the new ERP system is created and supported with a promising, inspiring and engaging tone of voice to highlight the new system’s benefits. The communication strategy was dissected into three phases, first to introduce and promote, then to increase employee engagement and improve performance, and last to introduce the new features and to sustain the engagement. To support our communication we created an informative info-graphic video to educate employees more on Josoor also an internal branding with branded gift items were handled to the audience creating an engaging ambiance also to make everyone feel part of the change.
Josoor made it easier on employees to adapt and adjust to the new system.
