Rossard Grocery
Rossard a grocery located in Elqaa town, northern Bekaa valley of Lebanon. Since its founding in 1984, the store offers a variety of fresh vegetables, bread, and groceries.
The grocery wanted to refresh its identity with a new vision of offering organic homemade products produced by the locals adding to the products provided currently.
We developed an illustrated emblem that represents the founder's portrait to preserve the emotional connection created between the founder and the town's citizens.
The color palette represents the town's nature landscapes: A set of earthy colors extracted from the seasonal fruits and vegetables that grow in the land of Alqaa. Adding to the colors, we have used a slanted English typeset paired with an Arabic Ruqaa font. We used floral and leafy vintage ornaments, which add a nostalgic feel to the brand.
